GL Homes Reviews – Is GL Homes a Scam?

11

If you are reading this article, you probably want to know if GL Homes is a scam. The truth is that this company offers high-quality homes, but it is worth avoiding if you want to avoid being scammed. I wrote this review because I was disappointed with the company. I am a former customer of GL Homes, and I will tell you why.

GL Homes is a scam

GL Homes is a construction company that has built thousands of homes in Palm Beach County, Florida. The company’s portfolio includes starter homes, luxury communities, and homes for older people. Itzhak Ezratti is still the board chairman, but his daughter Misha Ezratti has become the company’s president. The company’s motto is “Good Luck Homes,” which indicates that its people are intelligent and hardworking.

The company has been accused of shady business practices, including selling public land to developers. This is the case in Palm Beach County, where GL Homes want to build homes on 276 acres of canal rights-of-way. The property is not valid for farming but is valuable for GL Homes. So the developer will get something, and the public will get nothing. This is a scam, so beware!

In addition to pursuing parcels within the state’s Agricultural Reserve, GL Homes want to continue developing. This is a farming zone in the south of the county. The county has rules limiting the development of the Agricultural Reserve. GL Homes propose to build outside the Agricultural Reserve, but that is not allowed. According to county rules, developers must set aside 60 acres for every 40 acres of development. Therefore, this proposal would require changes to the county’s comprehensive plan.

It has a good reputation.

GL Homes has a good reputation with the general public. Its offices are attractive, and the details are very well done regarding sales tools. It also has good land holdings to allow future growth and community planning. GL Homes was founded in 1989 and has built over 500 homes in Florida.

GL Homes is a private builder creating single-family residences in master-planned communities. The company’s master plans open balance space with recreational areas and lakes. The communities are carefully designed, and the floorplans are scrutinized for functionality and space. As a result, the company has an excellent reputation for quality, and many of its current homeowners have moved to a second or third GL home.

It offers high-quality homes.

GL Homes has established a strong presence in Orange County, California, the state’s second-richest county. The area is known for its tropical climate and desirable waterfront location. GL Homes offers an expansive selection of options for those looking to build a custom home. These include customizable floorplans and elevations.

One of GL’s top developments in Boca Bridges, a high-end development on the west side of Lyons Road about a mile north of Clint Moore Road. As of early July, GL Homes had sold 101 homes, with an average sales price of $1.6 million. The first three homebuyers closed in the community about a month ago. The homes range from 2,546 to 7,954 square feet, and many feature floor-to-ceiling windows.

The swap is contentious, however. GL Homes has no experience building reservoirs, and the project would require multiple permits and could take several years to complete. Moreover, several conservation groups and community groups are opposed to the swap. On the other hand, the commission has recommended that the project be denied. GL Homes’ proposal would result in the loss of approximately 1,200 townhomes to the north and an additional 1,000 units near Boca Raton. The latter would represent an increase of almost $500 million in sales for the developer.

GL Homes has built quality homes in Florida for over 37 years. Their homes are situated in some of the most sought-after locations in the state.
